The rain resulted in some new music this weekend. For now, it’s just a simple beat with a nice whooshy pad. but i plan to add more soulful and epic sounds. Lyrically, i’ve yet to come up with anything but gibberish to a changing melody. Although my goal is to tie in the rain somehow as a symbol. And yes, at all costs, i’ll avoid equating rain to tears xP. In the meantime, here’s a hypnotic instrumental perfect for sleeping. And with the rain, it sounds even better!
The forecast says there’s rain all the way til the next weekend. Hopefully this’ll inspire me to make a full song. Until then, there’s the usual debate… cover song or original?
I have no idea whatsoever how to read the audited financial statement of Invisible Children. I’m trying to educate myself more on them and Kony 2012 but I just don’t understand what’s bad and good about the statement.
